This is a strictly finder & introduction only web service. No one from clubsales.my will be in attendance to facilitate the transfer of membership. We do not normally answer any queries on specific club memberships. It is best to refer to the club for clarification of membership transfer & application of new memberships.

When a potential buyer makes an offer to buy a club membership on clubsales.my, contact information is released to both the buyer and seller. They should negotiate with each other and hopefully come to an agreed price. If so, the buyer and seller can proceed with making their own arrangement to meet at the club to arrange for transfer of membership.
Normally, buyer completes the application form for the club and complies with all terms for joining the club. The seller completes the club transfer document, complies with all terms for leaving the club including settlement of all outstanding amount. Upon acceptance of all documents of the Buyer & Seller by the club's membership department, the buyer pays the transfer fees (and all joining fees) to the club and pays the agreed selling price to the seller. The seller then pay clubsales.my the introduction fee.
All club membership transfers originating from clubsales.my is agreed by a willing buyer & a willing seller & it is only a gentlemen's agreement. No paper agreement is signed by clubsales.my, buyer or seller.
